Reservation Information

• The conference rate is $106.00 for single/double room, exclusive of taxes and additional services such as transportation fees.
   
• Reservations by attendees must be made ON OR BEFORE MAY 18, 2007 in order to receive the discounted group rate. Reservations received after this cut-off date will be honored on a space available basis at prevailing rates.
   
• Parking: Valet Parking at the hotel is $15.00 per day for overnight guests and $7.00 per day for day parking only.
• Cancellation policy: One night's guestroom and tax will be billed to each guest who does not arrive or whose reservation is canceled less than three days (72 hours) prior to arrival. The Hotel's cancellation policy is three days (72 hours) prior to arrival to avoid a charge..
