Note for Authors: Please note that a full DCOSS registration is needed for each Workshops paper.
Note for camera-ready versions: Workshops papers must be prepared using the IEEE-Transactions style, formatted for A4 paper (using the a4paper option), using 10 point fonts, without page numbers.
