Visa arrangements for entry into China (if needed) are the responsibility of authors and other conference participants.
Authors
If you need a letter for VISA assistance, it can be created from EDAS. On the paper information page, there will be a letter shaped icon under the column Visa letter. A PDF of the visa letter will be generated upon clicking on the icon. It may prompt you for your address in the process. Invitation letter will only be valid if registration fee is paid in full.
Participants
An invitation letter can be issued to attendees who have paid their registration fee in full. In order to speed up sending an invitation letter, please carefully complete the visa request form and email it to the general co-chair Wenyuan Xu at wyxu AT cse.sc.edu. We will send an invitation letter to you either by email or by fax.
Please check with the consulate before filling up the form and include any necessary text needed by the consulate in the comments field.
